Itinerary overview

Day 1: Hokianga

Your adventure begins with a scenic drive to the stunning Kai Iwi Lakes for a swim and an included picnic lunch. We then journey to the ancient Waipoua Forest to visit Tāne Mahuta, New Zealand’s largest Kauri tree, and the Kauri Museum before arriving in Hokianga for a nice and relaxed evening.

Day 2: Paihia

Today, we journey to the very top of New Zealand. Experience Cape Reinga's spiritual significance before having fun sandboarding down the Te Paki dunes. We'll also stop at Rainbow Falls for a photo op before arriving in Paihia, the hub of the Bay of Islands.

Day 3: Paihia

Today, explore the breathtaking Bay of Islands. An included guided experience takes you to Urupukapuka Island to relax on beautiful beaches. We’ll also visit Russell, New Zealand’s first capital, a historic town where you can explore its charming streets and the country's oldest pub.

Day 4: Auckland

Enjoy a free morning to explore or do optional activities like the 'Hole in the Rock' cruise. You can also visit the Waitangi Treaty Grounds, or simply relax at the beach. We'll depart for Auckland at 2 pm, concluding the tour. It's time to say farewell to your new friends and your guide.
